Job Description
The King Fahad Academy is a faith-based, international school in west London with 450+ students, PreKg through grade 10 IGCSE. The Academy offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma programme (IBDP) and is a candidate for the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP). The KFA is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic candidate with appropriate librarianship qualifications to further develop its newly constructed Learning Resources Centre.
The post holder will work with colleagues to manage all aspects of the LRC in support of the aims and ethos of the Academy, plus develop and implement strategies in support of the curriculum and varied programmes of its users. Self-motivation, strong organisational and interpersonal skills, plus a working knowledge of ICT and its role in the LRC are essential. Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes is preferred.
Appointment to the post is subject to an enhanced CRB check.
